Conterra is qualified as a provider of Priority One telecommunications services for participating schools' E-Rate funding and is registered with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Schools and Libraries Division of Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) as an Eligible Telecommunications Provider (ETP).

Conterra provides a professionally trained staff to assist applicants in all facets of the E-Rate funding process, including assistance with E-Rate forms and guidance. Conterra's E-Rate and Regulatory managers stay up to date on all rules issued by USAC, the Schools and Libraries Division, the FCC, federal courts and Congress. Conterra's expertise with the E-Rate Program and federal and state procurement regulations allows us to move smoothly through the funding and deployment process.

Conterra accepts and supports both Service Provider and BEAR invoicing contracts.
